We
want to thank everyone who attended the Ohio Liber-TEA Party.
Many of you have corresponded with us to express your appreciation
regarding the tea party and how impacting it was. We, too, feel
the event was a great success... but it is just the beginning!

The Impact of Our Voices
The Liber-TEA Party Receives National Attention
Who
would have imagined that the 8/1 Liber-TEA Party would draw so much
national attention? From the discussions that Judge Napolitano
had with Glenn Beck about the event, to the news segments about it that
ran on Fox News, to the interviews that Jason Rink received on The
Greta Van Sustren and Fox Business Scorecard shows, and the folks in
other states that have reached out to us to inquire about how we pulled
it off -- we've been honored and humbled by the incredible
response. Thanks to the many patriots who uploaded photos and
videos, we have a complete visual recap of the event on our website.
Sherrod Brown Fails to Keep Us Out of His So-Called "Forum" on Healthcare
Despite
attempts by Senator Sherrod Brown to completely pack his recent
Columbus "Healthcare Forum" only with supporters of government run
healthcare, we still managed to get several folks from The Ohio Liberty
Council in the room. Thanks to the contact network of The Ohio
Liberty Council, word about the event spread like wildfire and we were
able to mobilize with less than 24 hours notice. Visit our

received over 300,000 hits! They can call us "astroturf", "right
wing extremists", or the "angry mob" ... it doesn't matter -- we are
aren't going away. We're proud of our Cincinnati groups for
leading the way in the fight against big government. |

Town Hall Schedules Posted
A
group of OLC volunteers called the offices of each of the eighteen
house representatives and two senators in Ohio to find out what town
hall meetings were scheduled while they are on recess. What did

Our friends at the Freedom Workbench have assembled a list of tough questions about the Healthcare bill that you can review and use if you wish when attending a town hall or talking with the office of your representative.

Making YOUR Voice Heard
Inform Yourself
Why
are state sovereignty, the state sovereignty resolutions (HCR 11 and
SCR 13), and the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution so

Inform Your State Representative and Senator
Contact
your representative's office to tell them how you feel about issues
important to you such as the State Sovereignty resolutions. HCR 11 is the house resolution. SCR 13 is the Senate Resolution. Find your Ohio House Representative or your Ohio Senator.
Inform Others
Take action yourself on State Sovereignty. The Ohio Free State Project has done the hard work for you and developed an action plan that you can use for informing your community about State Sovereignty.
Find a local patriot group in your area, join it, and bring your friends! To help you, we've created an Ohio map on our website so that you can easily find a local group.
Attend an Upcoming Rally
Attend an upcoming rally and bring your friends! We even have an event calendar on our website to help you find a rally in your area. You can also use that page to tell us about an event that we don't have listed.
Don't forget about the upcoming rallies in Cincinnati on 9/5 and the national march on Washington on 9/12. More than ever in the last several decades our voices must be heard!
